My company name is World That Works, but when I use that phrase, I’m always careful to remember that it means a world that works for all humanity. ‘World that works’ by itself is not specific enough.
Someone like Donald Trump wants a world that works for Donald Trump. People concerned about the national interest want a world that works for their country.
Scale matters because until you include all humanity in your goals, there is always the option of your group benefiting at the expense of others. Unless you’re explicit about everyone winning, there will always be losers.
